Jessica Carr-Maul - Minnesota
Jessica Carr-Maul convinced her parents to allow her to take riding lessons at age 11 and received her first horse at age 12. She showed in local hunter/jumper shows in Wisconsin and Minnesota for many years. She received an Associates Degree in Equine Business Management. She's worked as a groom for a show jumping barn, and for a 3-Day event barn that also had a background in equine rehabilitation and therapy. She is located in central Minnesota and keeps busy learning dressage with her Friesian Sport Horse and helping her children show their POA ponies in 4-H and in local shows.
John Dovenmuehle - Indiana
John has trained yearlings, managed training facilities, provided medical care and worked as an assistant to farrier's and vets. John brings a love of the equine world and many years of a variety of sales experience to the Cytowave team.
Connie Hellwig - Massachusetts
Connie Hellwig has been riding for 30 years, and has a background in dressage. She was in the riding program at UNH while attending college, gained equine knowledge by being a working student for various trainers, managed a large horse facility, animal shelter and served as Animal Inspection Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Leah Snowden - Kentucky

Amanda grew up in a family that was always active in the horse world. She has a background in training and competing in disciplines of halter horses, western and hunt seat horses, and much experience in the world of barrel racing and other performance horses. She has 10 years of sales experience ranging from livestock marketing to Agriculture retail sales. As an avid rider and competitor, she hopes to help the industry grow and thrive by showing fellow equine enthusiasts how easy animal wellness upkeep can be!
